Pamplemousse is a personal-first life and work management platform that helps individuals organize commitments, daily actions, relationship memory, and long-term endeavors through structured concepts such as Groves, Grapefruits, Seeds, Sprouts, Branches, and Pulp. 3. Account Registration & Security

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

You own your data:You retain complete ownership of, and all intellectual property rights to, any text, notes, tasks, contacts, files, documents, or other materials you submit, store, or organize in the Service ("User Content"). Pamplemousse does not claim any ownership over your User Content.

Limited License to Operate: By using the Service, you grant Pamplemousse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly necessary to host, store, back up, transmit, and display your User Content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

Pamplemousse Intellectual Property: All software code, visual designs, interfaces, trademarks, botanical illustrations, logos, and documentation related to Pamplemousse are the exclusive property of Pamplemousse. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Google Services

The Service may allow you to connect third-party platforms, such as Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. When you connect a third-party account:

• You authorize Pamplemousse to access information from that service strictly within the scopes granted by you.
• Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• Pamplemousse's use of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings or via the provider's permissions portal.
