Segment — phase of a Grapefruit
Seed — task, or concrete next action
Sprout — subtask, or smaller step
Root — purpose, or the durable reason a Grove exists. Distinct from a Goal, which is a concrete target outcome
Goal — a concrete target outcome that bridges a long-term Root and Grapefruit-level work
